Troubleshooting of UMLo V111 Cordless Vacuum

Q1: Why does the battery cannot be charged?

If the battery can not hold a charge, the issue can be caused by the adaptor or the battery.

Firstly,  please check If the battery is charged with the original adaptor. The original charger is 22.5V. Please use the original adaptor to charge the battery. If not, the battery will be damaged.

If it charged with the original charger, please confirm after 5 hours of charging,what is the situation of the 3 indicator bar in the LED screen? When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator bar should be on and stop flashing.

 

Q2: Why does the vacuum cleaner can only work for a few seconds/minutes?

1, Please make sure the battery is fully charged.

2, Please check if the filter and metal tube are clogged with hair or large blockage.

3, Please check if the motorized brush are tangled with hair.

 

Q3: Why does the motorized brush stop spinning?

1, Please check if the motorized brush are tangled with hair.

2, If not, please remove the metal tube, connect the metal tube with brush head directly:

   a, After detaching the metal tube, if the brush works well without the metal tube, it might be the problem with the metal tube.

   b, After detaching the metal tube, the motorized brush still does not work, please test according to the following steps:

Replace the motorized brush with the mini bed brush:

If the mini bed brush works well, it might be the problem with the motorized brush, otherwise, it might be the problem with the dust box. (Because there are wires in the dust box used to conduct electricity)

 

Q4: Why does the vacuum cleaner can not suck up anything/low suction?

1, Please check if the motorized brush and the metal tube are clogged.

2. Please check if the filters need to be cleaned or replaced.

Tips: The filters closely connected with the suction power and should be cleaned regularly and be replaced according to your use frequency.

3, Please check if the  dust box is closed closely; the metal filter is installed well.

Tips: If the dust box is not closed closely, it will cause the air to leak, the suction power will be weak. The black rubber in the dust box cover is pressed with metal filter, the dust will not enter the dust box directly.

 

Q5: Why does the vacuum cleaner overheating?

If your vacuum cleaner is overheating, it is probably caused by a clog.

1. Please check if the motorized brush and the metal tube are clogged.
2. Please check if the filters need to be cleaned or changed.

Tips: The filters closely connected with the suction power and should be cleaned regularly and be replaced according to your use frequency.

3. Please check if the dust box is cleaned.
